By engaging in a transaction with Horizon Auto Store LLC, you agree to the following industrial commercial terms. These terms govern all wholesale OE powertrain acquisitions.

All contracts and disputes are regulated under the state commercial code and corporate regulations.

01. Acceptance of Terms
Usage of our platform and the initiation of any purchase order constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and Horizon Auto Store LLC. These terms supersede any verbal or written communication prior to the invoice date.
02. Payment Protocols
To maintain wholesale pricing, Horizon Auto Store LLC utilizes **Secure Digital Checkout Gateways**. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the payment details provided. Once a transaction is processed, it is considered an active commercial contract under uniform trade guidelines.
03. Shipping & Logistics
All units are shipped via LTL Freight. Horizon Auto Store LLC is responsible for the unit until it is handed over to the carrier. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the specified commercial or residential address. Delivery times (4-7 days) are estimates and may vary due to freight grid conditions.
04. Limitation of Liability
Horizon Auto Store LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our OE components, including but not limited to loss of income, vehicle rental costs, or shop downtime beyond the specific labor allowances provided in our 3-year warranty.
05. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the **State of Kentucky**. Any legal action arising from transactions with Horizon Auto Store LLC must be filed in the courts of Kentucky.
